FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many guests can I invite? 25 children (Xtreme Party) including the birthday child or 15 (Little Roo) including the birthday child. Our packages allow for children under 1 year and any juvenile over the age of 16 to jump for free.
What if I have more than the allotted guest limit for my party? Additional children will be $10.00 extra, and $2.95 if ordering the pizza combo with the party package.If over 20/30 the price then becomes $25 additional plus $2.95 for pizza.
May I bring in my own food to the party? For your convenience, we (Millersville location) have a signed contract with a local pizzeria "Dominoes Pizza" to provide all pizza needs. You may bring in your own cake, or let us be your one-stop shop by having Cold Stone Creamery supply an ice cream cake customised by your child. For your convience, place your order right from this site on the party packages page and it will then be delivered 2 hours before your party.
No coolers with outside beverages are allowed. Water may be brought in. Sodas are available for purchase. NO ALCOHOL!!! under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!! CONSEQUENCE WILL OCCUR !!!
How many slices come in a pizza? The pizza is cut into 10 slices to provide the guest with the right amount desired. The pizza is delivered hot and fresh right before you enter the party room. We have chosen these establishments because of their excellent products and service. "Only the BEST for our customers."
What happens if a bouncer is down during our party? We try our best not to have this happen though due to things out of our control they sometimes do. We will try and compensate the best we can as we are the place of your party.
When do we need to provide you with a head count? A staff member from Xtreme Bounce Zone will call you 2-3 days prior to the party date to get a final head count and confirm your pizza order. The pizzerias requires that we call them the night before.
What if less/more kids show up on the day of the party after I have given my order for pizza and/or goodie bags? For pizza, your order has already been placed and the price cannot be lowered on the day of the party. The charge still stands. However, depending on the time of notification, you may be able to add to your order for additional guests.
Can we order additional pizza for the adults? Yes. For an additional $16.00, you can order an extra large pizza for the adults. We also can supply you with 2-liter bottles of soda for $1.50 a piece. Juice boxes come at a price of 2 for .50 cents if not ordering the pizza combo for the children.
What time should we arrive for our party? You and your guests should arrive 10 minutes early to allow all party members to be there when your party starts, to hear the rules of play and get your full party playtime. Your party host will take care of EVERYTHING!!!!!
Can I bring in my own party decorations? With every party we provide your paper products (plates,cups,napkins) and utensils free of charge. There is no theme. Set up is primarily done one hour into play as there might be another party before yours. If you would like to bring in your own themed decorations, feel free to do so. Make sure to let your party host know so they can set it up for you. Hand them the decorations and enjoy the party!!
What else do I need to bring? Your child, signed waiver, and a pair of socks!
